Great, clean shop. Always lots in stock and pleasent helpfull staff
Staff are beyond useless, seem to hide at all costs, and when they do they dont deal with que in order....just whoever suits them, after 30mins i gave up on place while trying to buy a mattress, no one about to ask anything. Completely useless, not surprised it was quiet on day we went as couldnt imagine they have many returning. Dont waste your time, be quicker driving to Dublin
Two times I went there and they always struggle to find things no matter what week I'm going. I'm not going back that's for sure. Also they should update the website as on the website there's always stock in Thurles but when you go they don't have it
JYSK THURLES I asked for a little help to find a product and instead of being pointed in a vague general direction (which is just about as much help as you get lately) I found myself being taken under the wing of a young woman on her first day at her new job. MARINA is EFFORTLESSLY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, OBLIGING AND VERY KIND. She loves her new job and it shows. I felt like I had my own personal shopping assistant !! Marina guided me through what was available, checking inventory and sourcing via other stores to get me exactly what I wanted. I had only been looking for one item but left with four, in no small part thanks to Marina. I hope to mark her first day with a thank you and 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s. See you next time Marina. Kind regards, Paula
Nice store with plenty of parking and conveniently located close to Thurles. They have a very good selection and the store is nicely laid out. The staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
