A million stars 🌟 for LEVI. I have no words to express how fabulous Levi is in the Tralee store. She is such a kind, friendly & helpful lady. She puts the customers first & most importantly is very approachable. I buy all my furniture in Jysk because of Levi 🌟. Cherish her Jysk... you have the very best. Would give 0 stars if possible. Reserved a product during the Black Week which showed availability of 2 in this particular store. Got an email that it is ready for a pickup. Went there the next day and it was not available. Spoke to 2 employees, Mark and Dave and was told that they should get it with the next delivery. They were supposed to contact me the next day, but they did not. Contacted their support and was told that the shop will contact me within an hour ... that was a week ago. Wanted to help them and offered that I can collect the same product in different branch but was told that it is not possible.
The items are okay but the customer experience is awful. The staff are the slowest most ignorant people you will meet in your life. We bought multiples of a 30 euro item, one of the set had an obvious manufacturing error. 4 different members of staff attempted to assemble the leg as if we were doing it wrong. Wasting over half an hour for "the guy in the warehouse who knows how to put these together" disregarding that we've put together 4 others as well as the other 3 legs on that one. It's a 30 euro item that should have been swapped instantly.... Still sitting in the shop now being told by the staff they are having issues with it.... Update: we now have to wait for the exchange process to be done by the slowest staff known to man
I would rate 0 if I could. We came in with a cart that can't be put together because of a manufacturing defect and we've been sitting here for an hour, cause the staff is set on trying to fix the unfixable problem instead of just giving another cart. This was a 32 euro purchase...
I surprised to find out the furniture made of oak unbelievable cheap. New stocks arrives every Wednesday at bargain price.
