Thanks for a great job. Took a wreck of a dwelling brought it up from a D rating to an A. With great attention to detail and increased our space and solved problems we weren't even aware of. Can't recommend Con and the guys highly enough.

I must say I'm really happy with the work Costi and Bogdan have done. Where others have failed, they managed to success. They fixed the heating, installed a camera, added sockets, replaces window and door handles, all of this in just few hours. They've even come back to check after I texted them. I'm going to call them again in the future for other jobs, I'm really satisfying with the results and quality of their job.

Con and his team just finished refurbishing my new home yesterday. I originally turned to Con to painting the apartment, but Con ended up helping me fix many problems outside of the paint. Amazing!! The paint quality is top notch and it’s like walking into a brand new home. I am very impressed! And in the same time, we found out that the valves were not working, tubs broken, alarms broken, taps broken, nest of bugs walking around in the light bulb… but Con and his team managed to fix all of them for me, which saved me a lot of time, energy and money. The whole communication process is transparent and extremely responsive. I can tell Con takes his work very seriously.
