Very poor customer service!! I purchased had alot of paint from this shop and i had an issue with one tin of paint which seemed gone off and subsequently did not dry properly on the wall. Owner was not helpful and dismissed my complaint. Came up with excuse after excuse. He refused to even have the johnstone paint rep contact me to discuss the problem. He was very unhelpful and refused to stand over his product. I will not shop here again plenty of other reliable paint shops who will stand over their product should there be an issue.
Ordered online and picked up in store. Overall great paint selection at great prices. Nice friendly staff.
