Terrible customer service. Ordered up some items at the beginning of December, all listed as in stock available for next day delivery. Contacted them a week later when half the order never arrived. Just contacted them again six week later to get a refund. I very much doubt they'd ever have been in touch again if I haven't. Not the first time I've been let down by Lehenans not delivering an item on time that they had listed as in stock. While I've used them a lot over the years as both a retail shop and an online service, I won't be using them again.

Still awaiting my Mould spray nearly 3 days now. Staff member told me 1-2 days max. Ordered around 5.30pm Monday, only coming from one part of Dublin to another I think.. It's quite urgent so disappointed it's taking so long. Let's hope it's worth the wait.

The manager is a liar! I went to the shop this morning to buy mixing paint. The sales assistant really didn’t know how to operate the paint machine so I showed him the basic steps (managed to calibrate the device) since I bought with them a few times already. We managed to get the color sample just dont know how to proceed to the next step. Before leaving he offered me to wait and he calls his manager. As soon as the manager comes, straight away saying they are waiting for someone to come and to fix the device and suddenly the sales assistant backing him up while he knows the machine works perfectly well, they just dont know how to operate it. The manager didn’t even dare to look at my face because he knows he lies. To be honest I really don’t mind if they don’t know how to use the machine and simple apologies is more than enough but the fact they tell lies to the customer really made them dishonest seller and can’t be trusted. Lenihans is one of my favourite shops, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here and they literally have everything. Ben who works here is a lovely man he once let me draw out an invention I had and spent a lot of time with me giving me his 2 cents, I came in yesterday to thank him and let him know how helpful he was. It’s lovely to know there’s someone so knowledgeable in town that cares enough to help others their projects and can think outside the box. I really appreciate it :)

Any business can make a mistake, nobody's perfect. It's how they deal with it is the true test of a company. I ordered a small part and the wrong part was delivered. First major plus - I was able to telephone them and speak to a very competent person with no big delay ie I wasn't forced to email. Second major plus, the lady I dealt with had the correct part in the post with no problem whatsoever that day and I received it the next day. That is how it should be done. Top class
