I had an excellent experience at Longford Fireplace Store. The staff were incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful, offering lots of advice. The customer service was outstanding, and I was impressed by how accommodating they were. They even have a play area for children, so my little one enjoyed the visit just as much as I did. Highly recommended!

We are really delighted with the service and quality we got here. Niall spent loads of time going through with us the different worktops in the showroom and the characteristics and quality of each which I found really helpful. Once our kitchen was installed, they were quickly out to clarify measurements within days and then were out installing the countertops a few days after this. The finish and care in installing the worktops was excellent. We also got our kitchen sink here. I'd highly recommend.

Contacted them by phone twice about a month apart in order to get a set of fire bricks for a Stovax stove. Spoke to two different people and gave them my phone number and email address. I was told I'd be notified when the fire bricks came in or that they would let me know either way. Never heard back from them and it's been probably four months.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I found the lack of communication rude and unprofessional. The job was due to be completed in one afternoon but was then advised that they will also have to complete the work the following morning, no apology for the inconvenience. Other issues also presented with the job that I was not happy with but due to the issues been unresolved at present I am not in a position to share.

Niall and his team installed two new stoves in my home, one sold fuel and one gas. Both excellent jobs. Had a little problem with fireplace surround on solid fuel system which was fixed quickly and without issue by this excellent supplier. No hesitation in recommending.
