Avoid. Ordered tool in through their Dublin store, and when I went to collect it, they didn’t have it. They treated this as a joke despite me travelling to Cork especially to get it. Total timewasters and entirely unhelpful. Go elsewhere for tools.

Great tool Shop.located pretty much in the centre of the city. Has almost every tool accessory you will ever want. Great helpful staff especially Derek who is extremely helpful and an absolute gentleman.
Still waiting (almost 6 weeks) to complete an internet order fully. Sent 2 messages no update, no response - disappointed as it was for gardening equipment and season is almost over. I will be cancelling if no response soon.
