So I bought a drill press for my workshop and had it for over a year before I actually went to set it up. When I opened it I could see it was damaged in transit. Got speaking to Eamon and I brought it back up for repair. Now we both knew it was out of warranty and damaged over a year ago. But I have just come home to the drill repaired and delivered to my door. This is top top quality service can't praise everyone at mcquillans enough. Many thanks and thank you Eamon especially. There are not many companies that would act this way so 5 stars from me for sure...

DIY enthusiast here. They seem to sell mostly to tradesmen. I'm not. The manager/owner very friendly and helpful. Not made to feel I should know what I'm taking about. He's given me good advice and ideas. And when buying he doesn't try to sell you the most expensive item but gives you options and reasons why you might choose one or the other - and explains the best way to use it to give maximum longevity and effect. You won't get that buying online. Highly recommended with thanks. Gary
