⭐☆☆☆☆ Frustrating Experience — Again Second bad experience with Paintlab. First time, the lad behind the counter tried to tell me a filler was exterior when I clearly said it was interior. I’d used it before and knew it wasn’t. After arguing a bit, he checked the system and said, “You’re right.” Now again, I checked online before driving — product showed as available, so I went all the way there just to be told “sorry, we don’t have it.” Seriously frustrating. Time and fuel wasted for nothing. If you’re running a shop for tradesmen, at least make sure your online stock matches what’s actually in the store. Unfortunately, I won’t be back again.
Couldn't recommend this company enough!!!!!!!! We got paint for our bathroom here a few months ago, the quality is 10/10, a few days ago we got some paint for our floor, again? 10/10. The help and guidance we were given was out of this world, the quality is insane and they are happy to answer any questions you may have! I can't get over how AMAZING their paint and customer care is! I wish I got the name of the guy looking after us but he was so incredibly helpful! We traveled a little to get to this company and I would gladly travel again and again 100 times over purely for the staff and the quality of their products! These guys know what they're talking about!!

Genuinely have not received a package so quickly, only placed a few days ago, while the courier is responsible for these delivery times, the packaging was definitely a reflection of paintlabs customer service and overall pride in their services. While something as small as a bar of chocolate placed beside a thank you note may only be that (a card and a bar of chocolate), it really shows the attention to detail. Thank you, I will most definitely recommend and order again.!!
