Ordered some paint samples online yesterday (Sunday lunch time) and they were delivered free of charge, first thing Monday morning! Incredible service!

I went in today to order paint and made a mistake with the colour code entirely my fault. The team mixed the paint exactly as I asked, no issues at all. When I got home, I realised the mistake, went back, explained what had happened, and without any hesitation they remade the paint in the correct colour, no charge, and with a smile. That level of service is rare. No arguing, no excuses, no making the customer feel awkward for an honest mistake. Just proper, old school customer care and professionalism. These people value relationships, not just transactions. Highly recommend. This is how a business should be run 👍

I had a kitchen cabinet door colour matched today. Young chap, fair hair looked after me. Nutgrove shop. What a fantastic experience it was to shop in your store. I never felt silly as I'm the thickest at home decor. I will be a longterm customer as I felt I could ask this lad anything and he had the skillset to answer. I left the store a happy person and it showed me today that the big super chains is not the place to get your paints. Just to note the 1ltr of navy paint I got was cheaper than a big chain. But for the one on one experience I would be happy to pay extra to have a knowledgeable person serve me. You have restored this idiot man into going local when it comes to diy. Thank you so much again and I'll BE BACK T2

Couldn't recommend this paint shop highly enough. Gerard and his team have a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of their products. I had wasted a lot of money and time on a product recommended to me by one of the big DIY stores and Gerard gave me invaluable advice on how to undo the damage to my expensive teak fence, garden furniture and shed bringing them back to as good as new. I also got advice on how to restore my very rusty chimney heater and it looks perfect again.Thanks Gerard and team. Denise
