Very Poor - my main ask was for as low as possible VOC satin wood. I was given one that had 130g/l VOC. I researched later and there are much lower VOC satin woods available. I described the job that needed doing to the retail staff and I was also sold a primer(from the back of their store, not custom ordered) for 70 euro that i didnt need. My painter said the primer wasnt needed, so i went to return it and they wouldnt take it back because it was tinted paint, even though id only bought it a few days ago, and their staff had handed me this primer from the back of their store. Terrible customer service and advice. Blanchardstown retail park branch. I will stick to woodies next time and save myself a lot of money & hassle. Would advise anybody else the same .

Absolutely delighted with the service here, I booked a colour consultation with Aruni, she is amazing, she spent over 1.5 hours with me. I paid €75 consultation but that was offset against the paint I bought. Aruni is so patient and helpful. I’m delighted with the colours we chose. I will definitely be back
