Called about a leak on my extension, was answered immediately, given a time when they would arrive, arrived on time and got straight to work. Got a ladder, examined the damage, took photos and offered to do the job at an agreed price .spent three hours on the roof and after the work was finished showed me a before and after pictures and outlined the work carried out. Price was as agreed, no extras or hidden cost. Extremely professional and excellent communication, have already referred the number to a friend. Will use the lads again .

We’d seen damp patches on ceiling in bathroom and bedroom - Called Pat as he was local to Lucan and had good reviews. He had guys over to check out the roof in a few hours and they diagnosed it straight away - even took photos with my own phone to show me the issue (rotted felt underlay). Booked them to start work next day - they arrived before time and got straight to work. Extremely neat, worked as quietly as they could and did a great job - providing photos of exactly what they were doing all along the way, which is a brilliant idea and every trade should do it. The whole thing was done in about 5 hours and they collected all the rubbish, rotted felt and debris and even swept the ground clean. Highly recommend.
