Niamh and RoomRenovator have been amazing from beginning to end. Two different friends in the construction industry recommended Niamh highly saying it is the best and most important money spent on any build …. And they were right. I contacted Niamh in May, 2023 and she replied saying her next availability was January, 2024. Always a good sign, I decided to wait and true to form Niamh contacted me and we scheduled an appointment. Niamh visited on site and spent over two hours discussing in great detail such things as my specifics, family set up, needs, wishes, hobbies, activities pet needs,etc. Of course, a majority of time was spent discussing my plans and answering and addressing my detailed and most specific questions. She then undertook detailed measurements and structural review. 2-3 weeks later, a very detailed folder landed consisting of two different options of plans with an accompanying lookbook. They were fantastic and took onboard all that I had asked…. And we had discussed. Option 1 stuck specifically to brief and delivered exactly what I asked. In Option 2, Niamh applied all her expertise and professionalism and delivered a slightly different (and yes, expanded.😀) layout. This took into consideration the needs of all the household and also made the best use of available natural light. I had all the time in the world to review these two options share with as many people as I wished, consider different layouts, make changes etc. After sufficient time, I visited Niamh at her office and we held another 2-3 hour session reviewing, amending and fine tuning, arriving at a final, agreed layout. Nothing was too much trouble, no question too silly, no tweak too inconvenient. A short while later the engineer and builder suitable drawings arrived to my Inbox, all reflecting again exactly what I wanted and what Niamh advised and recommended. The detailed drawings, simulated walkthrough videos, floor plans make it so easy to visualise the finished work along with an updated lookbook, encompassing a huge number of suggestions, ideas, etc. I am now moving on to the next stage… and Niamh has kindly made a number of suggestions for all elements required here. Niamh has made this critical phase easy, manageable, thought provoking, exciting and mind blowing… all at the same time. As I said and was advised at the outset, this is THE most important part of your construction/renovation journey. You will not be disappointed and i look forward to inviting Niamh back to inspect the completed work.

Niamh has created beautiful designs for our Kitchen/Den, Living room, Hall & Bathroom. She is always great to work with, and her vision of what we are looking for is always exact. When I walk around my home I can instantly see the colours and pieces Niamh has picked. Design changes she has recommended. Niamh has been able to transform rooms in our house. Taking them from dark rooms and making them bright & airy. Transforming our house into a beautiful, tasteful home, that reflects our lifestyle and family needs.Niamh always works carefully to create a plan with different options and varying budgets. I highly recommend Niamh, and look forward to working with her on our next project.
