Tom was incredibly meticulous, paying close attention to even the smallest details, and the quality of workmanship throughout really shows. Unlike many contractors, he worked exclusively on our project, turned up every single day, and was completely reliable from start to finish. Tom also managed all sub-contractors efficiently and professionally, which made the whole process completely stress-free for us. The site was kept impressively clean at all times, and a dust barrier was installed to ensure the rest of the house remained dust-free — a small but hugely appreciated detail that shows the level of care taken. Overall, the experience was seamless, professional, and far exceeded our expectations.
