Great staff at this location. James really helped me sort an issue I was having with the app
I have given Screwfix Ballina good reviews in the past, but my experience on Saturday the 19th of September was disappointing to say the least. When I returned five saw blades, which Screwfix sold me, for the saw they also sold me, and the blades did not fit the saw, the man with the beard practly accused me of pulling a fast one. I had the saw and blades with me, and wanted to show him how the blades would not work properly, but he declined this. Unfortunately I won't be making any purchases from Screwfix going forward, as there attitude would appear to be, if your purchase does not work, tough, we don't care.
The service at Screwfix Ballina is very good – staff are helpful and friendly. Some items feel a little bit on the expensive side, but overall it’s a reliable place when you need things quickly.
A great store to shop in. The staff are very helpful and have great knowledge. It’s a great idea that the receipt is on their computer making it very helpful in the case of an exchange.
Was in the ballina store this morning and I couldn't be happier with the service ..A lad by the name of James ,a mighty fine young lad couldn't go out of his way enough to help me ..excellent people skills and will be re visiting again for sure..
