I went Friday the 26th in the evening to get a light bulb for my car. They didn't have any which is fine. But I just wanted to give a review for the customer service there was excellent 2 young lads were able to let me know where to go and get one fitted and were so pleaseant and helpful. If I ever need anything in the future 100% will return.
I've been to screwfix in Carlow several times and I've always found the staff to be polite and helpful. One lad particularly, Gary, was able to call me by name after just one visit, very impressive, the rest of the crew are also very good.
Bought a little Titan chainsaw from here. Used it 3 times. Third time it started to misfire no power in it. Brought it back. No replacement in stock. They said they would arrange for someone to check it out. Still sitting in their store a week later. Won’t refund because it’s over 30 days. Offered me an electronic one. That’s not suitable. Absolute rubbish customer service.
