Very kind and friendly, both staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in finding the product I needed.

One staff member on a friday afternoon , did what i though was the right thing and ordered on the computer in store , waited as everyone else was served just by walking up to the counter, eventually left without my goods after half an hour to face into friday traffic .. bit disappointed .. why put in an ordering system and then ignore it .

I always have a great experience in kinsale road branch. Staff very helpful and very nice. Don't mind the (Karen's) that are trying to put it down. I will be returning again. Thank you for a great store.

Completely useless staff, young girls and boys are good , tall man with small bit gray beard 100 % not for this job. no good english and rude as well . Normally there goes customers who need some advice and help, but there you will get nothing. In Blackpool everything is perfect, staff is amazing. They always do their best.

Very happy with my experience at Screwfix Kinsale Rd. I went to the counter and was immediately greeted by a friendly female. I told her what I wanted in the plumbing line and she brought it up on the computer screen to show me. I confirmed that " yes" that,s correct. Another female behind the counter took down the order number and said " I will go and get that, not to delay the man". I found this to be excellent service and I wish other shops would take notice. Well done.
