Went in Saturday( Drogheda). The girl who served me was impatient because I was elderly. She had zero time for me. I bought my plug in Rodent repellant in Woodies, cheaper and excellent customer service. It's only for those who order online, are younger, and dont expect customer service or courtesy. Sad sign of the times.
I had a great experience at Screwfix Drogheda! I used the Click & Collect service, and it was so efficient—my order was ready in no time. Julia, who looked after me, was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy.
Went into the Drogheda store for the first time today. Staff, Pat was very helpful and took his time answering all the questions I had about the products I was getting. Great customer service
Very handy store with a wide range of products. Was in there twice so far and got some good friendly help from two staff members. Eric in particular was a great help to me and went out of his way to find me a suitable alternative to the product I wanted that was in stock in the store at the time. I needed it that day. Very understanding and helpful young man.
Do it yourself, choice outweighs effort, come here to buy hardware, more convenient, considerate service, chain brand!
