This particular branch is constantly out of stock on many items, Management should really address this issue, no wonder people go to online shopping, no stock issues there, delivery within 2 days, Thanks

Terrible customer service. Left waiting 8 days for an item supposed to be 2 to 3 days. Clueless staff would not cancel and refund me even though they cancelled it and reordered behind my back during the week and it was still not in. Said because it was ordered online they couldn't cancel it, surely they can cancel the order they put in themselves. No indication that products are coming from the UK and don't have tracking number on them (!) How is anything supposed to be tracked? They want to push you onto talking to a bot on WhatsApp as they can't be bothered to deal with customers and give the refund. Avoid Screfix and go elsewhere might be a bit dearer but at least you might get your item or staff might have a clue where it is
