Great,the young lady who served us was wonderful she knew exactly what we wanted. Searched online and showed us so we could see if it was correct. Then she done same with another item we wanted. The young man next to her joined our conversation at one stage when there wasn't a customer. He was also happy chap and had a laugh with my husband. Just what it should be like ,happy to be in shop. Even though I didnt have anything ordered I needed to see if they stocked any 1/2 inch drives. I got great service. The guy took time to find something on their stock. He gave me a great product at a great price . Very impressed with their service
