First time DIY and didn’t know what I was looking for. Came in with a sample and the salesman was kind enough to give me a simpler alternative and even explain how it works. Got my DIY tutorial over the counter and it worked perfectly.

I have ordered a Turbo Torch online, the item was with me within less than 24 hours. Super easy communication, ultra fast service and delivery. An absolute pleasure to deal with these guys. Pity I can only give them 5 stars... For comparison I ordered the same item form a hardware store in Carlow, as it turned out a week later when I rang, the item wasn't even in stock and nobody rang me... 😳 Eventually, after 2 more weeks of promises I asked for a refund... As you can see, in terms of Customer Service, no comparison whatsoever... I can recommend SealTec to anyone, 👍

Couldn't be happier with the service over the phone and the level of care in packaging my pillar drill. They went to serious effort to ensure it wouldn't get damaged in transit. I ordered online, which was seamless and will definitely come back!
