Serpentine Interiors

Helena and Tracey did an incredible job helping us design our kitchen as well as helping us pick out floors and wall colors for our home. We were living abroad at the time and they mailed us everything so we could see it together. My husband and I could not be happier with how everything turned out and we have received so many compliments on their work from our family and friends. Everything turned out beautiful but more importantly it makes us feel exactly how we wanted to in our home—warm but also bright. We cannot thank them enough and will not hesitate to reach out in the future for other projects!

After much deliberation we decided to try find an interior designer who could help us finish each room as we were struggled with style and function of various spaces. Finding Helena and Tracey and working with them is a decision we wished we had made years ago . They listened to our vague and sometimes contradictory brief and were able to reimagine the various spaces in our home in a design and aesthetic we could have never imagined ourselves. Colour schemes, furniture, lighting and various textiles suggested bring a wow to each room . Functionality and consideration of individual family members needs mean each space not just looks the part but plays it too. Throughout the whole process communication was excellent and from that initial meeting we felt listened to and it showed in the creative and technical style of our home . There nothing we would change . We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any scale of project and with them the success they deserve

Our experience of working with Helena and Tracey was excellent. They came on board to do our whole house renovation and WOWd us from the start with their design presentation. They had fully listened to all our likes and dislikes, wants and must haves! Throughout our extension and renovation works they were always at the end of the phone or email with helpful responses to queries we had. We also hired them for our electrical spec and curtain fit out, both of which were invaluable help to us. We were living abroad when this project in our home was all taking place and as building issues arose, as they always do in large projects, Helena and Tracey were so helpful in providing advice, dealing with trades for us, visiting show rooms and reporting back! We would work with them again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

A very seamless process to transform the smallest but most challenging room in our house from bland to beautiful. Our downstairs toilet was windowless and a place that I avoided. Helena transformed it into a work of art. I had a template to drive forward and when I got started Helena was there to redirect and influence when things went off course. This process all occurred without leaving my home. She read my needs and met them but with beauty.
