Recently used these to supply the fittings for two bathrooms and others bits around the class. Although some mistakes where made our oders Eddie in the office made sure that these were fixed. Quality and price is excellent.

We just finished the bathroom for my parent's house with the materials coming from this crowd. I handled the entire process. We were not satisfied with the service received here at all. The process was far more difficult than anticipated. Our issues included the company ordering the wrong materials and sizes, ultimately getting the entire order wrong. This was after we went into the showroom twice. They never prioritised us as payed customers after the mistakes were made. They took forever to rectify the situations when they made mistakes. Making excuses such as " all the vans are full today" to redeliver the things they made mistakes on. While all this was happening we meanwhile had a tiler and plumber due to come to the house on these given days. You would think if you make a big mess you would want to make it up to a customer. Their contact/communication was very poor. You would ask questions, send what's apps send emails and make phone calls and they would need prompting multiple times before giving you an answer or not reply at all. Although the project was completed in the end, it was far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope the company learns to prioritize customer satisfaction and improve their communication. I wouldn’t recommend them for bathroom projects, and I encourage future customers to proceed with caution.

Dealt with an absolute gentleman Eddie from the Rathnew showroom. He was so helpful and got me exactly what I needed. Excellent care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Pathetic customer service. Ordered a large stove and they delivered the wrong one, then said would be weeks to get another. Took a week to obtain a refund despite several promises to call me back and arrange it. Would never use this company again. Dreadful.
