Kip, plenty places to do business around. Rude staff, slow, very inefficient. It's like they are the only ones who are busy nobody else. Maybe they need to learn a thing or two from TopLine hardware.
I have not received part of my order, and the rest is in the wrong sizes. There has been no response or contact by phone or email.
Amazing customer service! Dermot and the lads in Glasnevin and Derek in Navan did everything they could for us to get delivery on time for works to start, even with busy schedule with deliveries now in summertime and shortage of trucks. 5 star customer service!
Purchased a jigsaw online, they obviously priced it wrong (not massively so one could consider it a good deal) but instead of being honest they lied, said they'd none in stock and were taking it down off the website and refunding me. If they were upfront about their mistake, offered me an alternative I'd have accepted the error but lying is no good.
