The catalogue price for the product model was clearly listed as €48, but I was charged €60 at checkout. No information about extra fees was provided before placing the order. When I later requested a return, I was told the higher price was due to UK delivery costs, however this was never disclosed in advance. Additional charges must be clearly communicated before purchase, not after. The seller refused to accept a return, despite EU consumer rights for distance selling. Additionally, the same paint products are available in stores like B&Q for almost half the price, while here they are sold at a significantly higher cost and appear to be stored in unsuitable conditions, raising concerns about product quality. This experience shows a serious lack of transparency and fairness. I strongly advise other customers to proceed with caution. The seller is clearly lying, and the receipt was issued incorrectly, which appears to be an attempt at manipulation. Be very careful with pricing — all prices are significantly higher than the market price. I strongly recommend Stillorgan Decor instead: professional service, fair pricing, and modern, high-quality paint technologies. P S The seller is clearly mocking and lying, inventing stories. However, the payment receipt includes a full name and surname. So please answer this question: on what legal basis are you using my personal data without my consent? I have a receipt from your store that contains my personal details. Doesn’t it seem that you have confused yourself? When I came to your store, you didn’t even know the price. There were no price signs displayed in the shop. And at the back of the catalogue, the price was still €48. If you changed it after I left, then this kind of business tactic is shameful. And if you made all the changes after I left, every business understands that such practices are illegal. Customers Rights will explain to you very soon the EU laws that apply in this situation. Ignorance of the law does not exempt you from liability. I want to protect other people from being misled or scammed. PS via answer I came in calmly and spoke respectfully. I did not create any conflict. I simply pointed out your mistakes and stated my rights under EU standards. My voice and tone are naturally strong because I am a public speaker and I conduct trainings, including business trainings. Therefore, I know the Irish bussiness rules & pricing rules very well.

We are painting our kitchen cabinets and needed a fleetwood paint mixed for timber. It was our first time visiting Ultimate Decor and were so impressed with their service. Dylan was a great help and paint was very well priced. Best part was his gorgeous dog Willow who kept us entertained while he mixed the paint. Fantastic service!

Needed to look after a bit of black mould poped into Ultimate Decor on the celbridge road got what i needed plus got good advice. The place is spotless and well stocked price as good as what you would pay in liffy valley (no need for that journey) service good nice guy Dillon run's it on his own so it was a pleasure and I know where to go for my paint (local).
