Kathrina's brief was to upgrade our living room/sun room which is multifunctional. It includes an office area with laptop and printer ,large screen TV , bookshelves and CD shelves. A feature is that 2 walls have almost floor to ceiling windows looking out on the garden. Her company Yours Personally had previously advised on upholstery improvements, and we now wanted further advice on paint and decor, and to focus attention on the garden and away from the busy office/ entertainment/library area. She helped us with advice on paint colours and textures ,rug selection, lighting and decluttering the office area including modifying an existing drawer to store the printer. Years of experience immediately made an impact and we now don't need to spend as much on the upgrade as Kathrina worked to include as much as we already have. I will definitely get Kathrina to advise us on the rest of our decor projects.

Really helpful & positive from the very beginning. My sofa was old & tired & had a hole dug in the middle of it by my dogs. They didn’t start its decline, but they sped it along. Vladka didn’t blink an eyelid, guided me to some reasonably priced, hard wearing fabrics & got me swatches to look at at home. The actual repair (& it was quite complicated) was done very quickly & the pick up & return very efficient. I also feel it was extremely well priced. I would highly recommend Yours Personally to anyone & my lovely sofa will live on. It’s been in the family for over 100 years.

We purchased this sofa 20 years ago from yours personally and it. has now been completely refurbished to last another 20 years ! We love the quality and comfort of this sofa. Could not bear to Part with it !!! The team in your personally are all wonderful. Excellent service from start to finish. Company is well named ! Thank you . We love our new sofa.
