If you are buying a new home built by Andrews Construction be very careful. We have had endless amounts of trouble and while some issues were addressed 3 years afterwards, others were passed off as not their problem. Our latest fault with more wrong wiring causing our pump system to burn out due to wrong wiring at install will be repaired yet again by ourselves, this time I won't even bother wasting my time contacting them as I can not deal with them anymore. My advice would be to get an independent survey on electric, plumbing, wiring, fireplace, solar systems and boiler. We have had issues with all of the above. In our estate a large number of houses had similar faults so before you sign your contract get checked and ensure a full snag list is carried out before you move in otherwise you could be waiting years by which time they will say the issues are no longer their concern. Document everything as the foreman will loose memory of your continued reported concerns. Such a shame as they build lovely homes but then employ substandard tradesmen cutting costs for them but costing you in the long term.

This shower won't even answer emails. The partition wall out the front of the house is coming away from main structure. They had engineers out before Christmas looking at it and they were meant to be back in January. Still no sign. Stay clear of them if you're ever buying a house

Stay away from these cowboy builders. Structural problems with property built by them. Insurance won’t pay repair costs due to built in faults made by Andrews Construction. You’ve been warned.
