Fantastic service from Helen and Daren at the mixing station! They were really helpful with the paint, gave me great advice, and made sure I found exactly the right color. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional – highly recommended!

Extremely overpriced. Some items — for example, insulation — cost up to 7 times more than in other shops. When I raised the price issue on the spot, the employee just shrugged their shoulders. Despite plenty of staff walking around, it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to check a price or actually help. Employees either pretend not to see you or keep sending you from one person to another. While casual chatting among staff seems fine, assisting customers and doing actual work clearly isn’t a priority here.

Expensive shop, probably it is worth for professional builders, but if you want a paint, garden accessory or a tool, they are pricey compared to other shops. On the other hand they have a good selection of plants and flowers, that you can find on reasonable price and sometimes on offer. The staff are helpful and interested to offer assistance. The shop is tidy, some shelves empty, they should work on their displays, and reconsider the display area of some ranges. My experience was good overall, and if I was not aware by the price in other shops and in online I would probably offer 5 stars.
