Army Surplus Warehouse

Bought Chinese tools in store and it didn't work (not even in the slightest) so asked to return it, still in the box and in perfect order, and they give me a credit note. I go back about 2 weeks later and they wouldn't give me anything because the crappy receipt was "faded" even though you could clearly see army surplus and the credit amount on the receipt. If it was a proper receipt in the first place and the tools weren't Chinese ones I wouldn't have to return. The miserable lad with the glasses hadn't the cop on to put it through, I've been shopping in that place since it opened but TODAY you have lost a customer 100%, and a good customer at that. No cop on whatsoever and pure miserable to talk to also. Keep your C stock and other discrepancies lads, we will get proper tools from Screwfix and Bradshaws along with a proper receipt across the road. Cheers, peace out 👍

Bits of everything there got great value for money and a discount, got my camping, hiking and boating bits there and some tools also, I've since saved as a stared location on maps as I rarely can't find something Im looking for there
