The acoustic panelling I ordered is lovely (expensive but lovely). Shame you have to pay €40 for delivery when we could have collected it. Also disappointed the delivery guy left the box out in the rain and now trying to dry it before putting it up.
I’ll give a 5 star for the high quality of service and the quality of product and affordable prices, very friendly staff highly recommended Dublin branch.
Phoning was a little difficult as eachtime i phoned i was put through to a different location. Limerick, Dublin, Portlaoise. Managed to get the samples which i paid for ' that's ok' I collected them from Portlaoise. I was surprised as to how untidy and chaotic the showroom and yard was. I am concerned about buying the full amout of goods i need reading reviews and seeing what I had to jump through to buy 2 sample items. It's amazing that Management have not stepped up to change the customer experience which seems not very good. Staff product training and management need addressing Update... I bought the two slabs because the guy told me to order them from the website. No option to ask for a sample. I had no problem paying for them and drove up from Wexford to collect them. Yes Google might be 4.1 but maybe check your Trust pilot reviews..2.3 I think... Anyway interesting response from you and clearly im not welcome to buy again. So I will wish you all the best and maybe take reviews onboard if you ask fir them...As you did ask me by email to review your company
Just bought 5 indoor doors from BPM Limerick and it was a pleasure . Zak was knowledgeable and very helpful and when time came to collect the doors it was a breeze. Parking right in front of the shop and a helping hand to load. BPM have a great choice, and not just doors, are very competitive price wise and take the stress out of home improvement. Needed hidden hinges, BPM were great at explaining the different options over the phone and equally in person, showing me all the possibilities. Great products, great service in person, worth the drive to Portlaoise.
