Poor service and product knowledge. First time there, I had to wait till the staff finished chatting with each other which would have never ended unless I steppedin their conversation to ask for help. Second time, I waited my turn, then was sent to wait in another line for no apparent reason. Concerning the product, both times the staff lacked knowledge and couldn't advice. I just feel they don't want to work!

Rented a mobile scaffold for a diy job. Not cheap but what is these days. The whole experience was a disaster. The person in Sam Hire was rude, unprofessional and even confrontational. Delivery was too early, even thought he was told I could not be there. Collection was several days late which meant I was responsible for the equipment when I should not have been. I received a text at 7.30 am to inform me that the collection would be within the next hour. Altogether a complete disaster. I spoke to Jane the manager and she accepted it was a very bad experience. I don't think I will be using Chadwicks again and would advise others to do likewise.
