Great big warehouse of a place with a huge range of bathroom furniture, radiators, tiles etc. What sets them apart is that the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Hate to leave a bad review but these guys just pushed all the wrong buttons! Item after item arrived wrong which held up jobs and cost me money. Very poor customer service from argumentative staff. Really had to fight my corner. Terrible experience apart from Anna. Staff badmouthing other staff is so unprofessional also. Do not recommend unfortunately.

An absolutely amazing company. My parents called up ordered the tiles they required and within 2 days they were delivered to the house by courier first thing in the morning to a different county I might also add! So efficient, so friendly and so professional. Thank you!

We have enjoyed a really great experience dealing with Heatwise-Tilewise-101Bathrooms, Tullamore. A five star service across the board. Brendan deserves more than the five stars 🌟 that are allowed. His advice, patience, understanding, and knowledge simply superb. A terribly nice guy to deal with and at times we felt it was his bathrooms we were purchasing for as the interest he showed and effort to get everything right was way beyond what anyone might expect. He made the whole process so enjoyable and with his expert guidance a whole lot easier than it might have been. Any issues that cropped up re: availability of stock or delays re: delivery of one or two items (the order was a big one) were dealt with and Brendan's communication skills were second to none. He always replied, answered, followed up with emails, txts and mssgs and we were dealing with him over a two or three month time frame and he was as helpful, patient and understanding on our last encounter as he was on our first. He has exceptional taste and if he feels you are going slightly awry he will gently advise of an alternative idea. The Showrooms are really beautiful with a wide range to suit everyone's taste. It is a one-stop shop for everything from tiles to toilets to taps and everything in between! The Warehouse staff and Delivery Driver and staff were excellent to deal with too taking great care with everything - thank you. Brendan won't let you go wrong. Great service , Katie is lovely to deal with and impressed with her knowledge. Delivery was very quick. Excellent experience all round. Highly recommend.
