Ivan and team are as professional, friendly and diligent as they come. He and his staff aim to please and very hard working. They have a couple of Brazilian lads who are outstanding talented tradesmen. A Georgian tiler who must be the best in this business in Cork too, who has a wealth of knowledge and advice. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a job on their house big or small.

We had our main bathroom completely renovated by Ivan, Kalin and the team at I&VCG. We're absolutely delighted with the results. The job was executed to the highest standards by extremely professional tradesmen. We felt very comfortable working with I&VCG from initial enquiry through to completion and they will be top of the list for any more projects in the future. Thanks to everyone at I&VCG.

We recently worked with IVCG do deliver a significant renovation on our home. Upstairs they converted the attic with allied carpentry and new flooring, where they also fully refurbished the existing main bathroom. This was done in conjunction with the installation of a new boiler and radiators throughout. Downstairs along with new flooring, the entrance to the Living Room was altered which involved the construction of a new wall. We also changed the entrance to the existing dining room which did involve some structural work, along with increasing the size of the walkway between the dining room and kitchen. The main work on the house involved swapping the locations of the kitchen and dining rooms to get better use of space in the latter. IVCG fitted the new kitchen units and appliances, completed the change in plumbing/electrics needed and changed the location of the rear entrance. They also installed new enlarged windows at the back of the house. They also replaced the majority of lighting fixtures. To finish off they installed new internal doors, skirting, architraves and painting. Working with IVCG was a great experience. Vlad and PM, Kalin, very much worked with us to deliver the project. Their team carried out the works to the highest standards and we were delighted with the overall finish. I would strongly recommend working with IVCG for any construction projects. They also kept an eye on our cats😁

I&V Construction took on a renovation project in my home last month An internal wall was removed , and reconstruction work in my sitting/ dining rooms was completed , with new radiators installed and the original floorboards sanded and varnished . The ground floor was repainted , as well as the hall , stairs and landing . The company also oversaw the repair of a section of the roof which had caused leaking . We agreed on what I consider was a fair price. I found Kalin , ( Project Manager ) very professional and easy to deal with . The workers , especially Zura and Erik , were meticulous, hardworking , punctual and very respectful . The quality of their workmanship was excellent . I would recommend them wholeheartedly and am very satisfied with all the work done .

Our experience with IVC&G has been excellent and we would highly recommend them. We got our main bathroom changed ( see before & after photos attached) and got an en-suite in our attic (picture also attached). We are delighted with the quality of the work, their attention to detail, their determination to satisfy their customers and the friendly and non intrusive way that they executed the job. What we liked most was the trust that they established with us right from the beginning and through to completion. They completed the work on time and we are engaging them again in the coming months to put new floors in our bedrooms and landing together with a new kitchen extension. Pancho is the lead negotiator and project manager. He coordinated everything for us from arranging plumbers, electricians, tilers , carpenters ( who were all excellent) to picking up items from suppliers on our behalf in instances where we were too busy to do it ourselves.
