Poor costumer service. Staff NEVER answer the phone calls. We went to buy a single mattress, they didn’t have any in stock. After picking up the mattress we liked it, we went to the counter to order amd pay for it. They didn’t have it in stock, they didn’t have any single mattresses in stock in the shop. A staff member told us we had to order it online, she couldn’t order it. I don’t understand why. So we went home, tried to order the mattress we liked in the shop. And it was not online. Tried to ring them, no answer. Totally unacceptable.

In my opinion, this was an absolutely unacceptable experience. Waiting three weeks for a click and collect order is beyond unprofessional, and the fact that staff never answer the phone just makes it worse. The whole operation felt abysmal from start to finish — a complete waste of time and patience. I also found Neemia S on the tills to be rude and unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend dealing with this place

A great place to opt for furniture and home decor....the prices are reasonable with variety of options to compare with... personally loved the place ❤️

Had an absolute amazing experience at JYSK Athlone , Darren is a star , we went to buy dinning table and came home with living room furniture as well and everything looks fab. I regret not checking JYSK store first . Looking to shop more amazing stuff.
