Went to jysk a few times the last week but today stood out for me. There was a young man Ryan working there who was very helpful, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this store
We bought a sofa from a store, loaded two boxes into our van, and drove home. When we arrived, we discovered that both boxes contained the same sofa parts (box 2/2 and box 2/2). It takes us more than 30 minutes to get to the store, so we called them and they told us to come back and exchange it. Why should we pay for the complete negligence, absolute inattention, and indifference of the employees? The service is just awful! Not to mention that we had to wait in the store for another half hour after paying until they found the sofa in the warehouse... I'm just speechless.
Giving one start only because I can't give zero. Absolutely terrible customer service, staff is rude and have zero interest in customers. Definitely won't be back...
Wardrobe arrived after 2weeks from being ordered online into the store. During assembly it occured that manufacturer's fault made it impossible to be completed due to numerous openings missing in one of elements. Once complained it took around the week to find out that is going to take another 2weeks for the correct part to arrive to the store. Time, inconvenience, delivery costs, lack of QC -you name It. I call it unprofessionalism. Won't be doing repeated business with them.
Much better selection here than liffey valley branch that id been in the day before
