Been buying from here for 20 years, some great lads moved onto pastures new and replaced a lot of lads, now they’ve found their feet and a great bunch of lads…. If they don’t have it they track it for you…. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It is special shop. Staff are really nice . They have everything you need . I am going there the last 25 years getting my bits and pieces . My husband who is builder gets all his materials there. One thing we have noticed though is the increase of Graffiti on the various street doors, gates and shutters belonging to Kellys. It is not a good luck. Other neighbours have mentioned it too. The graffiti really brings down the area and the Kellys shop brand. It is strange they never remove/ paint over it. If you don't take pride in your property it is not a good sign. Anyway other than the Graffiti we love the shop and the staff. Thank you for everything over the last 25 years.

I am writing this out of sheer disbelief and frustration. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I paid for products and I paid specifically for delivery because I cannot transport long items myself. Here’s what happened: After the delivery, I discovered that two 4-meter-long pipes were missing from my order. This was their mistake, their driver's oversight. I called the store, expecting a simple solution: "We're sorry, we'll send the missing items to you." Instead, I was met with outrageous rudeness. They refused to deliver the pipes that I had already paid for. They told me my only options were to cancel the missing items or come pick them up myself. This is completely illogical! If my car could fit 4-meter pipes, why would I have paid for delivery? I was being told to solve a problem they created. But it got worse. The manager, instead of apologizing, launched into a ridiculous accusation. He claimed I did not help the driver unload, therefore voiding some imaginary responsibility. Let me be perfectly clear about what actually happened during delivery: 1. We had an agreement that the driver would not help unload. We accepted that. 2. When the driver arrived, only two women (including myself) were present. The kind-hearted driver, seeing our situation, voluntarily helped us with the first heavy plank. We did not force him. 3. I immediately called three men to the scene. The remaining items—four thick planks and wood strips—were unloaded from the truck entirely by these four men and the driver. We all worked together. 4. Before the driver left, we all double-checked to ensure nothing was left behind. The missing pipes were clearly an error that happened before this point. The manager insisted that his "truck camera" showed only the driver unloading. This is a blatant lie and a pathetic excuse to shift blame. He repeatedly blamed me for not helping, even after I told him the truth. I was not asking for a discount or a freebie; I was a paying customer who just wanted the items I paid for. He had no interest in solving the problem. He was only interested in finding someone to blame for his company's error. The conversation ended with him HANGING UP ON ME. This company has zero accountability, treats its customers with contempt, and will lie to your face to avoid fixing their own mistakes. Do not waste your time or money. Learn from my horrible experience and stay far, far away.
