I recently got banners printed from Ann and her team, and I must say, their service exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. I recently had to get Banners printed extremely last minute for an event and our usual supplier was booked up. Ann and her team were very helpful and the banners were excellent quality and reasonably priced. Exactly what we wanted. I will be using Kildare Print again.

I contacted Ann from Kildare printing naas to get a quote for printing stickers for my van. I tried several times but I could not get a reply from her. She simply ignored my request for a quote. I was very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service and communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs printing services. They are unprofessional and unreliable.

“What the client wants does not equate to what the client gets”. I do not like writing a negative review because I understand it can affect a business’s credibility but I am making an exception in this case because of my very bad experience with KildarePrint. When ordering my prints, I informed Ann that a previous company had printed images that were too dark and to be wary of this during the printing process. She reassured me that I would get exactly what was on my file. My images were printed in Dublin & then delivered to Naas. When opened at home, the prints were creased because of flimsy packaging, they were about 30% darker than the original files & there was no 30mm bleed around the images (as was specified in writing via email). It seems that there is no quality control for INDIVIDUAL prints or for a small number of prints. I doubt very much that the prints were visually checked before they left the printer in Dublin or the shop in Naas. Customer service comes with a condescending attitude i.e., when I complained, I was told “what do you expect for that price”. I was offered reprints (which I accepted), but the next day I received an email asking me to REDUCE the size of my images in order to accommodate the width of their pearlescent paper or to use another type of paper, which I did not order or want. I declined the offer; I had paid my money, did not get what I asked for and was refused a refund..... “An absolutely terrible service”. PS: shortly before I posted this review, I found another printing company that gave me exactly what I ordered.

Ann and staff were very friendly and helpful. I was ordering memory cards and ann was great explaining all the different kinds they had and worked with me to design one that represented my loved one. I was told that I would get a rough design send to me and within an hour I had the design.once i decided it was only a few days later that they were ready for pick up.
