Competitive prices in a quote, but once payment made straightaway the problems started. I agreed to staggered delivery with most urgent materials first. BIG mistake. Waiting time for standard dimensions of treated timber now runs at 7 weeks and counting - hence no roof for my project. To say that I am disappointed with their service is an understatement. Competitive prices are great but if no stock for delivery then ultimately of little benefit. My recommendation: Best avoid if possible.
