Really friendly staff , approachable and kind. Met and dealt with Brid and she was so lovely. Nothing was too much trouble.
Went to purchase a new couch a few months back and met Mags in the Killarney store absolutely so impressed with her knowledge was able to answer all my questions and so helpful not a bit pushy such a pleasure to deal with. Likewise took my mom to the castlisland store to get a new bed and was met by Brid always so helpful and patient def would recommend mcelligots to anyone they have prices to suit all whilst making it an enjoyable experience. Keep up the great customer service.
Popped into this store when we visited Killarney last week. Got talking to one of the most AMAZING sales advisors I have ever met. Mags has a personality that you could only warm too. She was so knowledgeable and most helpful. Having worked in retail myself for over 15 years I can honestly say Mags has one of the best personalities and is truly an asset to McElligotts. If I had a business tomorrow morning she is the one person I would want running my business. I have since phoned back and ordered a suite from Mags. The store, stock and staff are just amazing. Thank you Mags for everything!!!!
