Absolutely terrible service, ordered a carpet a month ago, paid and scheduled a delivery date, took the day off work, waited at home all day no call no text eventually I rang the shop to be told that there's nothing in the system for today's delivery. Very unprofessional how it was dealt with, asked for a refund and I was told it won't be the full amount. Extremely disappointng service will not be recommending their services to anyone

We visited the store and chose carpet for our stairs on the recommendation of my parents who have always used Heavins. The sales man offered for someone to come measure up the following week. He wrote our details in the book and we left happy. Sat in all day and nobody showed, called the store at 5pm and were told it was unlikely they would come at this stage and would tomorrow be OK? Sat in all day again and nobody came. No call, no contact and it has now been a few weeks so we have accepted being ghosted by Heavins.
