Ordered a gift as a surprise for my wife. (While ordering i very specifically and deliberately ensured that the box to receive marketing etc was not ticked, took them a whole 24 hrs before they sent me random spam anyway and have sent further spam since.) While ordering the gift i made a note on the only section i could find to clearly state "this is a gift". So they wrapped it with a docket that clearly stated "genesis" on 1 side. And on the other, they thought it would be a fantastic idea to not just put the exact name of the piece but also to add a very clear picture of it. With the words "this is a gift" typed under it. Might only seem like something small but their utter lack of care completely ruined the surprise and it genuinely seemed like they went out of their way to do so. Between that and the spam when i specifically opted out while ordering, I highly suggest ordering from a company with some modicum of respect for their customers.

Brilliant shop for furniture items and accessories. Not your run of the mill boring trends. Best describe it as Gothic meets Ottoman meets class. Highly recommend

Do not order large items if you live in UK!!!!! I ordered a nest of tables which I needed to return however could not find one delivery company who would ship back to Ireland for less than £120 as they all said the box was too large. Mindy Brownes were unable/unwilling to arrange a collection - which I said I would pay for - so I am now left with a set of tables I do not want!

I received my beautiful mirrored top nest of tables today, fantastic quality and excellent service.
