The service I received was unacceptable. I purchased a wardrobe and had to wait 12 weeks for delivery. When it finally arrived, half of the screws and connectors needed for fitting were missing. After numerous calls, it took an additional 4 weeks to receive the missing parts. This level of service is simply inadequate.parts. This level of service is simply inadequate.

Got a bed, mattress, bedside tables and flooring from here and are delighted with the quality. Barry was a fantastic help. Jason and his team fit our floors, the results look great and the lads were friendly and professional!

Told me as a 20 year old adult that I need a parent to shop there and were all round extremely rude and condescending, was genuinely gonna buy a bed too and all, never again genuine worst shopping experience of my life never felt so discriminated against.

I recently got a bed and mattress from here. To begin with, my chiropractor recommended the mattresses sold at Minogue. And the one I got is divine! But what made the whole experience even better was the lovely sales assistant. She patiently listened to my struggles to find a bed small enough to fit in our bedroom. She suggested a divan bed, which I hadn't even considered because I am generally a fsn of wooden furniture. But she was so right - this saved at least 10cm of space. Furthermore, the lady patiently looked at photos of the flooring and started suggesting suitable textiles and colours. And we got the perfect bed for this bedroom thanks to this lady's expert advice and enormous help. I can't thank her enough! Will gladly come back to have a look at furniture for other rooms of the house.

We bought a mattress but was too big, they happily agreed to bring it back and get another one. Their professional approach was great and we got a a great deal on a new bed, mattress, coffee table and a new TV unit. To top it up, we even got 2 beautiful bar stools, exceptional quality and a bargain price. Highly recommend this place, they got everything for your house and very helpful.. 😎
