I recently visited store as i am renovating , I wasnt inundated which I dislike , I was left to look & when I needed assistance and I had queries , I was looked after so well in a lovely manor , I chose a few bits & I revisited & I will continue to do so , chris is Very professional,

Lacks professionalism. Few staff in the store to accommodate to customers in the store. Staff seen that we were waiting to be served. Did not communicate and let us know how long the wait would be, or even acknowledge us being there. Left and came back after visiting TWO other shops & this staff member was still with the same customers… I asked him if there was other staff or when he knew he would be free… and responded in a rude manner in front of these customers and everyone else in shop. Completely unprofessional & shocking from their end. Need to work on customer service skills as someone who works in customer service 💅

I bought a dining set. One of the chairs was defective. I called, and they told me to go and exchange it, but they gave me a used chair from the showroom. When I called back, they told me it hadn’t been there long and that it was the same. I told them I wasn’t interested and that I wanted a new one. And when I went there, the employee slammed it on the table angrily. A complete lack of professionalism.

Best folks to buy furniture from. Last year we bought one sofa bed but it turned out to be a manufacturer fault. Chris offered us credit for it and helped in finding right one this time. We went in to make sure multiple times and staff helped everytime.

Recently undergone renovations and it looks great... absolutely huge inside with a new mezzanine floor ... lots and lots of choice for suites of furniture and very helpful staff...
