N17 Superstores Ballina

I found N17 Ballina Staff very Helpful and Pleasant to deal with, Good Value and Deals available. Great advice given and Patience when I changed my order a few times The Delivery man couldn't do enough, all packaging was removed and appliances installed if straightforward and old Appliance removed I would highly recommend this store.

We bought a washing machine here in March 2024 and in July 2025, it developed a fault with the door locking mechanism. We contacted customer service but were told that the manufacturer only provides a 1 year warranty; when we questioned their obligations as retailers under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, we were informed that "Given that you have been using the machine for over a year, this would indicate that it met those standards at the point of purchase". I went to the shop in Ballina and the lady there told me that "the warranty depends on the manufacturer, we just sell the appliances so it really has nothing to do with us". After a lot of back and forth, the company agreed to cover the cost of a call out which resolved that issue. However, one month later, the machine developed another unrelated fault; we again contacted N17 Superstores customer service only to receive the same reply about the machine not being covered under warranty and that it was our responsibility to arrange a service call out for it, etc. Again after much back and forth and when we had just started to raise a case with the Small Claims Court, the retailer came back to say that the manufacturer had agreed to replace the machine. Ultimately we received a replacement machine but only because we refused to be pawned off by their customer care representatives. A large part of buying from local retailers like this is that you're happy to pay a little extra because you expect a slightly better level of customer service. In our experience, this is not the case with N17 Superstores

I really enjoyed going to the N17 Superstore in Ballina. There are lots of lovely things to buy, and the staff are super helpful but not pushy. I was with my elderly Mum, and they were very good with her, not all staff are good with the elderly

Amazing show room. Best prices by a long mile. Fantastic range of products, electrical, furniture, beds, sofas, wardrobes, home furnishings, bedding, to suit all tastes and pockets. Very professional, competent, friendly staff.

Great store, Shane was very helpful on the sales day.
