We were planning some work at the house and were looking for help picking walls colour, layout and appropriate furniture. Both my wife and I were happy with the level of services and attention to details that Luigia was able to provide onsite. The visit of their shop also offered some great inspiration. Luigia has completed a number of design projects for us over the last 10 years. The most recent of which was a redesign of our living room. This included spacial redesign of the room, bespoke joinery, window treatments, seating, furnishings and lighting. The attention to detail and thought that went into every aspect of the design and the care and time taken over every decision has resulted in a complete transformation of the space and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We have always found Luigia and Marco and their team of Lorita and Fiona to be the utmost professionals. We engaged Panfili Interiors for spatial designs and later upgraded to a full design package. While the initial stages seemed promising, the overall experience was disappointing. After waiting nearly six months, we still had no finalised plans—even as our move-back date to the house was fast approaching. Much of the delay appeared to stem from the team seemingly working remotely from their holidays over the summer, leaving our project in limbo. When I reached out to Luigia to express the urgency and requested that the process be expedited, she abruptly terminated our contract. To add to our frustration, most of the recommendations in their “designs” consisted entirely of items from their own store (fabric for Finline couches was from their store, fabric for curtains, rugs, armchairs, lights - thankfully I sourced everything bar the armchairs elsewhere due to the issues ) This made the service feel more like a sales strategy to promote in-house inventory rather than a personalised design tailored to our needs. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and the abrupt termination of services left us extremely disappointed. I would not recommend Panfili Interiors to anyone seeking a genuine, client-focused design experience.
