Amazing paint choice
Never go passed these guys ! Always look after us so well
Purchased 5 Ilitres of Farrow & Ball, Hardwick White. It arrived and was brown not grey as it stated. When I telephoned them they said there was nothing they could do as they mix the paint up on the premises. Any paint shop can mix any Farrow & Ball colour to match. This, in my opinion is not Farrow & Ball as it has a slight sheen on it. When F & B is VERY flat. They offered me to purchase some more and give me 10% plus free dellivery. |I could have gone to my local paint shop and had this made up and had it been wrong they would have put it right, I was simply told there was nothing they could do !!!!! Dont purchase F & B from these people, it is not what you get - very upsetting as it was over £100 and there is nothing you can do about it. I believed I was getting the right thing. I will go to Trading Standards regarding this as I feel they are misleading customers. They are selling just any paint and saying it is F & B (It isnt) !!!!!!
Beautiful shop. Friendly staff. They listen. Relaxed atmosphere. We purchased fabulous curtains... We will return soon. Pop in.. see for yourself.
