Several elements of my kitchen and utility installation were left incomplete or poorly finished. I made multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly, but I received no response once full payment had been made. To summarise the issues: 1. A kicker piece was not supplied or installed beneath the washer/dryer utility unit, leaving an exposed gap and creating a potential health and safety risk. I had to fit a mismatched piece myself to cover the gap and prevent possible harm to my pet. 2. The spice drawers were badly fitted and 1 of them detached after a short period of use. 3. Some kitchen cabinet handles were missing, and several internal shelves were not installed (larder, under the sink). Photos are attached showing examples of these issues. Considering the cost of the work and the amount of business given to Queenan Kitchens - the standard of finish and customer service was appalling, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Excellent service and guidance through the design process with Siobhan and John, also the fitters were very efficient and everything was installed with laser precision. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
We went to John at Queenans Kitchens for our kitchen and utility. He was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He guided us through the whole process, sharing his knowledge and expertise but also listened to us throughout and delivered on everything we wanted. The standard of the work completed was excellent and was done so at a very competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending John and his team in the future.
Stunning show room, amazing and helpful staff, just between ballina and crossmolina. We were looked after so well from start to finish. Went through everything carefully and explained all, and I'm pain in the arse, Highly recommend
