It really makes such a difference to deal with a staff member who is not only brilliant at their job, but is naturally personable and so clearly enjoys interacting with your customers! She's an absolute credit to your store!

I had to leave a review to say how great the staff are. That's what makes a company. Not the buildings or the adverts. Twice called in this week to purchase equipment and each time served by really friendly staff. Hats off !

My 1st time purchasing from Screwfix in the Naas store and I was very pleasantly surprised. Trade shop is modern, with electronic ordering before you get the the counter which makes everything so easy and efficient. The store warehouse is the most stocked store I've ever seen and the shop is not over crowded with in your face offers or too much stock on the shelves which, for me, is also a bonus. But the most pleasantly surprising part of my visit today came from Heather, the most helpful customer service person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, in any store. I had a business related question which she more than answered for me, giving me a few extra minutes to carefully explain to me exactly what I needed. Even convinced me to open an account there and then, which I almost never do, so hats off to her. The only thing missing is a pay review for Heather herself, as whatever she is being paid, it's not enough! I can 💯 recommend the store in Nass for great pricing, quality and availability of products and last but definitely not least, the excellent customer service!
