Absolute wonderful experience. The young lady who dealt with me went above and beyond to help me. She was very knowledgeable and exuded genuine willingness to help. Screw Fix is a relatively small store but don't let this fool you. If they don't have what you want in stock you can order online. This young lady restored some of my fate in humanity. The other staff members were dealing with other customers in a like manner. I would definitely recommend Screw Fix. If you want a great shopping experience it's the place to go. Went there on a Sunday. Needed a small random part for my plumber. The gents there were pros through the whole time. Michael was a massive help. Spent alot of time going back and forth trying different pieces to see if one I needed. We got it in the end and the price was very fair. Could not ask for more. Thank you. Great service.
