I've used them a few times this year. Easy to deal with, they deliver in a reasonable time frame, their staff are helpful and their prices are competitive. I'll be ordering from them again.
The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Ordered waiting 2 weeks for delivery. Constantly told it will be here in the next day or so. Called EVERY day for an update and either promised to be called back or the phone not answered. Never contacted back. Order held up due to waiting on delivery from Dublin. We drove to Dublin to speak to the main branch who was able to tell us the Cahir branch did absolutely NOTHING about our order. There was no request to deliver anything from Dublin and they knew nothing about it. Absolutely appalling service from the Cahir branch. Still have not refunded the 850 euro that they have had for a month. Happy to speak further about this matter if needed. I have the order number waiting. Our project is held up due to this.
Top class service from TJ O Mahony, Cahir. Ordered online Bank Holiday Monday & delivered today ( Tuesday) at 11:30. Thanks to Mark on the truck who was very friendly & helpful.
Staff are very considerate, i ordered 6 cu.m of 804 hardcorestone on the midnight of Thursday, i rung them in the following day if they could deliver Friday evening or Saturday morning explaining to them that i rented a weekend wacker and they said they cant due to delivery is full until Tuesday following week i understand their point. Now upon loading the rented wacker in my car to return i back, my phone rung and a guy told me that they can deliver on the evening of Friday and i was so amazed about it. Thanks a lot to the staff of TJ Mahony Cahir for organizing the deliver of my order, Great job guys and thank you very much.
